Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager with day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead Front of House staff by example with a guest-first mentality
- Create memorable experiences by providing over-the-top service
- Develop and train staff and maintain expectations
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years in a leadership role for a full service, fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong proficiency in restaurant technologies like POS, inventory management, and scheduling systems
- Working knowledge of French wine and spirits
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
