We are looking for strong Assistant General Manager candidates who are looking for a great company.
If you have 3-5 years of process management experience in full-service restaurants, bars, and/or nightclubs, we would like to speak with you!
We hire based on personality, not just experience; although, we do not want people we have to babysit. Be autonomous.
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 3 or more years as an Assistant General Manager
- Experience with volume of at least $5+ million in annual sales
- Strong leadership traits
- Ability to approach the job with an ownership mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- NRO experience a plus
Assistant General Manager Compensation
- Health + Dental effective on start date (50% company match)
- 401k w/ employer match (40% of the first 5% of compensation) effective after 90 days
- $500 a month employee F + B allowance (non-work hours)
