We are looking for strong Assistant General Manager candidates who are looking for a great company.

If you have 3-5 years of process management experience in full-service restaurants, bars, and/or nightclubs, we would like to speak with you!

We hire based on personality, not just experience; although, we do not want people we have to babysit. Be autonomous.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 or more years as an Assistant General Manager
  • Experience with volume of at least $5+ million in annual sales
  • Strong leadership traits
  • Ability to approach the job with an ownership mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • NRO experience a plus

Assistant General Manager Compensation

  • Health + Dental effective on start date (50% company match)
  • 401k w/ employer match (40% of the first 5% of compensation) effective after 90 days
  • $500 a month employee F + B allowance (non-work hours)
