Role:

Lead and manage complex survey projects, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality service for our clients, including municipal entities.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Supervise field and office technicians, manage project schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Survey Execution: Conduct boundary, topographic, construction layout, subdivision plat, and ALTA/ACSM surveys.
Proposal & Review: Prepare scopes of work, price proposals, and provide DRC reviews for municipal clients.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize GPS, Robotic Total Station, data collectors, and AutoCAD Civil 3D for data analysis and project delivery.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on survey matters.

Qualifications:

Required: Florida PSM license.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, Robotic Total Station, and data collectors.
Knowledge: Expertise in boundary surveying, platting, right-of-way surveys, highway design, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions.
Abilities: Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technology: Experience with laser scanning and a desire to innovate with new survey technologies.
