About Us:
Join our fast-paced, growing team! We're seeking a driven Senior Switchgear Sales Executive with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of success.
Role:
Drive sales of medium and high voltage switchgear products by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and providing expert technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and prospecting new clients in the electrical and industrial sectors.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, conduct presentations, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Technical Expertise: Offer expert advice on switchgear solutions, tailor proposals, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and collaborate with marketing and product development.
- Continuous Learning: Enhance industry knowledge through training and participation in industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in switchgear, electrical components, or related industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of medium and high voltage switchgear systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Experience with Product Configurators and ERP NetSuite.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Ability to interpret technical product specifications.
