We are seeking a Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee multi-unit operations, elevate team performance, and drive profitability across locations. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll collaborate with ownership, manage teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers, Executive Chefs, and restaurant teams
- Collaborate with marketing to create innovative promotions and revenue-driving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize supply chain and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant/hospitality environment
- 3+ years in a multi-unit operations role, successfully managing multiple locations
- Strong ability to analyze performance metrics, streamline operations, and drive profitability
- Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and financial oversight
- Expertise in team leadership, employee training, and performance management
- Strong understanding of restaurant management technology, POS systems, and operational software
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support multi-location operations
- Passion for guest experience, hospitality, and service excellence
