Clinical Trainer Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques
- Medical device clinical training/education experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to support Key Opinion Leaders and the sales team in implementing new technology
- Ability to travel locally with future growth opportunity to travel nationally
Clinical Trainer Responsibilities:
- Open and operationalize new clinical sites with hands-on support
- Train clinical staff and distribution partners on product use and best practices
- Collaborate, develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and address barriers to quality care
- Identify barriers to delivering quality clinical services to healthcare providers and patients
- Develop and maintain strong "trusted advisor" relationships with healthcare providers, distributors and hospital staff
