Executive Chef – Upscale, High-Volume Restaurant in Tampa
An upscale restaurant in Tampa is seeking an experienced, classically trained Executive Chef to lead our high-volume, scratch kitchen. If you are passionate about culinary excellence, thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment, and have the leadership skills to guide a high-performing culinary team, this is a premier opportunity to make your mark. Our ideal candidate brings extensive experience in French cuisine, a strong background in managing high-volume operations, and a proven ability to inspire excellence in the kitchen.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a classical culinary education and extensive French cuisine expertise
- Bring proven experience leading scratch kitchens with $10M+ in annual volume
- Excel in high-volume, fine dining environments and thrive under pressure
- Are a strong, hands-on leader who inspires, trains, and manages large culinary teams
- Value consistency, creativity, and excellence in delivering top-tier culinary experiences
Executive Chef MUST Have:
- Extensive French cuisine experience
- Classical training (culinary school or comparable background)
- Proven success in scratch kitchens
- High-volume/Fine Dining experience
- Ability to manage a kitchen with $13–$15M in annual revenue
