We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on civil and land development projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, workflows, subcontractors, and agency coordination to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.

Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage land development projects from planning to final certification!
- Coordinate permits with engineers, consultants & agencies!
- Oversee budgets, schedules & ensure regulatory compliance!
- Review & approve invoices, contracts & change orders!
- Maintain project documentation & progress reports!
- Supervise multiple projects & keep everything running smoothly!
Project Manager qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction or site development!
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills!
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office!
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
