Restaurant District Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of multi-unit success in casual dining or fast-casual
  • Leadership: High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent
  • Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-oriented mindset
  • People-First Mentality: A natural coach who thrives on building and inspiring teams
