Chief Operating Officer – Lead Growth & Innovation in Hospitality!

💰 Salary: Up to $220

About the Role:

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee all company operations, leading the charge as we expand into our third state. You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, streamlining operations, and ensuring financial strength while leading cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, accounting, finance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

Multi-Unit Oversight: Manage operations across multiple upscale casual dining locations and new market expansions.

Financial & Performance Management: Ensure profitability, optimize cash flow, and enhance operational productivity.

Site Selection & Expansion: Lead lease negotiations, feasibility studies, and real estate decisions for future locations.

Operational Excellence: Establish and refine processes to ensure high service standards and cost controls.

Banking & Financial Relationships: Oversee financial strategies, vendor negotiations, and budget execution.

People & Culture Development: Mentor, recruit, and cultivate a high-performing leadership team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, and finance to align operations with business objectives.

Core Values & Brand Integrity: Be a role model in the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You Bring to the Table:

🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

🔹 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality business.

🔹 Proven multi-unit/multi-state operations experience.

🔹 Expertise in operations, accounting, real estate, marketing, and HR.

🔹 Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, and cash flow optimization.

🔹 Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.

🔹 Ability to drive results, cultivate a strong company culture, and scale business growth.
