We’re looking for a talented Bar Manager to join our team and oversee the bar operations within a lively restaurant setting. This is more than just mixing drinks — you’ll lead a team, ensure smooth front-of-house operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both bar and dining room guests. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Oversee all bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service throughout the restaurant
Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff to deliver top-notch guest experiences
Develop creative and balanced cocktail and beverage menus
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to boost profitability and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of management experience (bar or restaurant)
Strong leadership skills with a positive, team-first attitude
Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
Knowledge of cocktails and mixology, but comfortable working the dining floor when needed
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
TIPs or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
