General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • 5+ years of restaurant leadership
  • Prior experience as a server or bartender
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage
  • ServSafe/TIPs certification
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
