Our fine dining hotel restaurant is dedicated to delivering innovative cuisine with high-quality ingredients and outstanding service. We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience.

Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food and presentation.
- Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a similar leadership role.
- At least 3 years of Chef de Cuisine experience in the restaurant industry.
- FINE DINING or Upscale Casual Dining experience required.
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Expertise in menu development and food costing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
