Highly respected and iconic brand in Jacksonville is looking for a fine-dining Sous Chef. We are looking for a professional and polished Sous Chef to grow with our team and provide strong leadership in an established restaurant group.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Lead the team to flawlessly execute and deliver a memorable culinary experience through the food
Take over lead responsibilities in the absence of the executive chef
Maintain a high level of quality in a high-volume setting
Promote a teaching and learning environment for the team
Ability to partner with the service team and build relationships
Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals

Sous Chef Requirements:

3 years minimum of experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale or fine dining setting with a scratch kitchen
Must be a great cook and be able to use multiple techniques, strong steak, and seafood background
Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow through
High-volume experience
