Now Hiring: General Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on General Manager to lead our team with strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in an active role—both mentally and physically—ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a cohesive, high-performing team.
While prior hotel experience is not required, strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success, and the ability to drive results are essential. If you excel at motivating teams, problem-solving, and taking ownership of your work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
- Delegate tasks effectively across departments
- Serve as the main point of contact between the hotel and corporate office
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns
- Inspect housekeeping and maintenance work to ensure quality standards
- Manage out-of-service rooms, assessing needs and action plans
- Provide ongoing staff training and development
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive leadership
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a management role (limited-service hotel experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through skills
- ServeSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work any shift as needed
