🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest satisfaction

Build and motivate a high-performing team, creating a positive and productive work environment

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to drive profitability

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

Foster a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff

🔥 What We’re Looking For:

️ Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a casual dining or fast-casual setting

️ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management

️ Positive, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills

️ Proven experience in staff development, scheduling, and performance management

️ Strong understanding of financials, including P&L management and cost control

️ Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
