Upscale Restaurant General Manager
A dynamic and expanding restaurant group, known for its chef-driven approach, is looking for a dedicated and polished Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and support continued growth. This role requires overseeing both front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maximizing financial performance, and strengthening ties within the community. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality, thoughtful service.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily restaurant functions, from scheduling to compliance with labor and safety regulations
- Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier service and handling concerns proactively
- Manage financial aspects, including labor costs, food expenses, and overall budget control
- Implement marketing strategies and community initiatives to expand the restaurant’s reach
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in restaurant management with leadership experience
- Strong team-building and motivational skills to foster a positive workplace culture
- Expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with restaurant technology and daily operational procedures
