Upscale Restaurant General Manager

A dynamic and expanding restaurant group, known for its chef-driven approach, is looking for a dedicated and polished Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and support continued growth. This role requires overseeing both front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maximizing financial performance, and strengthening ties within the community. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality, thoughtful service.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
Oversee daily restaurant functions, from scheduling to compliance with labor and safety regulations
Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier service and handling concerns proactively
Manage financial aspects, including labor costs, food expenses, and overall budget control
Implement marketing strategies and community initiatives to expand the restaurant’s reach

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in restaurant management with leadership experience
Strong team-building and motivational skills to foster a positive workplace culture
Expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with restaurant technology and daily operational procedures
