We are looking for a hands-on Upscale Seafood Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team in the French Quarter.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Five + years experience in a similar role
  • NRO Experience is very helpful
  • Good past tenure – no job hoppers
  • Great attitude and the hospitality gene that takes pride is Service Leadership
  • Must be able to train and maintain high food quality and service
  • Seafood knowledge and experience in the French Quarter

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Hire, train, and maintain a great staff
  • Deliver great food and service to our guests
  • Control costs through operational excellence
  • Build sales by focusing on the guest experience
