We are looking for a hands-on Upscale Seafood Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team in the French Quarter.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Five + years experience in a similar role
- NRO Experience is very helpful
- Good past tenure – no job hoppers
- Great attitude and the hospitality gene that takes pride is Service Leadership
- Must be able to train and maintain high food quality and service
- Seafood knowledge and experience in the French Quarter
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and maintain a great staff
- Deliver great food and service to our guests
- Control costs through operational excellence
- Build sales by focusing on the guest experience
