Human Resources Director Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
- HR Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry best practices
- Recruiting & Onboarding – Attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive operational success
- Benefits & Compensation – Manage competitive pay structures and employee benefits programs
- Employee Relations – Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
- Risk Management – Oversee safety, compliance, and employee well-being initiatives
Human Resources Director Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality group
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred; SHRM and/or HRCI certification is a PLUS
- Restaurant/hospitality experience required – understanding of the industry’s unique HR challenges
- NO Relocation candidates
