We are seeking a passionate and experienced Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center Director with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) license to lead operations at our holistic and naturopathic-focused surgical center in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who values integrative medicine, natural healing approaches, and patient-centered care while ensuring top-tier surgical outcomes.
The Surgical Center Director will oversee the center opening, clinical operations, patient care, regulatory compliance, and business management while fostering an environment that blends traditional surgical practices with holistic and naturopathic principles.
Surgical Center Director Responsibilities:
- Implement holistic, natural, and patient-centered care practices while ensuring high-quality surgical outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (AAAHC, Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA).
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, surgical teams, and administrative personnel.
- Collaborate with surgeons, naturopathic doctors, functional medicine practitioners, and anesthesiologists to optimize patient care.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and holistic patient recovery protocols.
Surgical Center Director Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas.
- Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in plastic & cosmetic surgery, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), hospital OR, or perioperative nursing.
- Experience in integrative medicine, functional medicine, or holistic healthcare settings is a plus.
Surgical Center Director Benefits:
- Competitive $140,000 – $180,000 salary, based on experience.
