We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper or Butler (onsite housing available for extended service requirements or long-term residing).  This role will lead the cleanliness and organization of our private family reserve, which spans a gorgeous, spanning property and includes multiple residences. The ideal candidate will possess a background in high-end hospitality, particularly within 5-star resorts, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This hands-on role will involve comprehensive housekeeping duties, butler services, and support for family and guest needs, ensuring an unparalleled living and visiting experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Housekeeping Duties: Thoroughly clean and maintain all areas of the residences, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Conduct regular deep cleaning and ensure all spaces are well-organized and immaculate. 
  • Laundry Management: Handle all laundry and ironing needs, including sorting, washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens while adhering to care instructions. 
  • As needed – work with the Chef in Cooking and Meal Preparation Assistance: Assist with meal preparation, accommodating specific dietary preferences for family and guests, while maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. 
  • Household Inventory: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and food items, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized. 
  • Event Support: Assist with household events, including setup, cleanup, and providing support during gatherings. 
  • Maintenance Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with external vendors or maintenance personnel for repairs or service needs. 
  • Butler Services: Provide courteous service to the family and guests, including running errands and handling personal requests discreetly. 
  • Guest Support: Prepare rooms and assist with hospitality needs, ensuring guests have everything they need for a memorable stay. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work under the direction of the House Manager to ensure all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all cleaning practices comply with health and safety regulations. 

 Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years in housekeeping or as a butler in a high-end private residence or luxury setting. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in high-quality cleaning methods. 
  • Polished communication skills with a professional demeanor, demonstrating discretion and respect for privacy. 
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. 
  • Must be willing to live on the property with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. 
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for running errands.
  • Background Check is required
