We are looking for a Chef and B to run our upscale, all-scratch concept! Ideal candidates will have experinece in both BOH and FOH, will be a strong team leader and uniter, and will be a champion of positive, productive, and professional workplace culture.

Chef and B Qualifications:

• 3+ years as an Executive Chef
• 1+ year working in the FOH leadership
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Be a champion of workplace culture
• Experience with different upscale cuisines

Chef and B Responsibilities:

• Manage both the FOH and BOH team with integrity and consistency
• Foster a professional workplace culture that is focused on production and guest service
• Create specials and seasonal offerings to drive sales and manage product
• Create schedules that are fair to team members and within labor budgets
• Place orders for food and beverage products
• Other duties as assigned
