Medical Device Sales Representative – 4 Territories:
- Pacific Northwest (Alaska, Idaho, NoCal, Oregon, and Washington) *Candidate must be located in Oregon and Washington
- Central (Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Montana and Nebraska) – *Candidate must be located in KS or Missouri*
- SouthWest (Arizona) Utah, Nevada, Southern Cali, Hawaii *Candidate must be in Arizona*
- Texas *Candidate must be in Texas*
🔹 About the Role:
We are seeking three driven and experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The roles focus on driving sales growth within the medical simulation market, including nursing schools, hospitals, and clinical education programs. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of medical environments, and enjoy building long-term client relationships, we want to hear from you!
🏠 Remote Position – Must reside within the assigned territory – within 45-60 minutes of a major airport
🚗 Field Travel Required: Customer-facing at least three days per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
What You'll Do:
Drive sales growth by developing and managing key accounts within the medical simulation space
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed budgeted targets
Work in the field a minimum of three days per week, engaging directly with customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of medical device sales experience (required)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to analyze sales data and execute strategic business plans
Residence within the assigned territory and within 45-60 minutes of a major airport
