Civil Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Serve as the primary contact between City staff and internal/external technical teams, providing project updates and presenting proposals to clients, city councils, boards, and commissions.
- Prepare engineering project proposals, task orders, and City Council Staff Reports, outlining project scope, schedule, and fees.
- Hold a current CA Professional Engineer (PE) license and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in setting horizontal and vertical alignments for streets and utility improvements, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
