We are seeking a Director of People and Culture for a growing restaurant group based in Hoboken, NJ. Director of People & Culture Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience in a leading HR role for a multi-concept restaurant or hospitality group
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, SHRM and/or HRCI certification, or a combination of school, certifications, and job experience is highly preferred
  • Experience in restaurants/hospitality is required
  • Must be local to the NY/NJ/PA market – this is not a remote position
