Ready to dive into a hands-on role? We’re hiring a Pool Operator & Technician to install, maintain, and repair newly constructed pools! You’ll ensure pool systems run smoothly, balance water chemistry, and keep equipment in top shape — all while providing top-notch customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, lights)
- Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair pool systems and equipment
- Educate pool owners on maintenance and safety
- Maintain accurate service records and complete warranty documentation
- Travel 4 nights a week as needed for service calls
What We’re Looking For:
- Pool equipment maintenance/installation experience preferred (training available)
- CPO certification is a plus
- Knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and basic plumbing/electrical skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
What We Offer:
- $25–$35/hr DOE
