Ready to dive into a hands-on role? We’re hiring a Pool Operator & Technician to install, maintain, and repair newly constructed pools! You’ll ensure pool systems run smoothly, balance water chemistry, and keep equipment in top shape — all while providing top-notch customer service.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, lights)
Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair pool systems and equipment
Educate pool owners on maintenance and safety
Maintain accurate service records and complete warranty documentation
Travel 4 nights a week as needed for service calls

What We’re Looking For:

Pool equipment maintenance/installation experience preferred (training available)
CPO certification is a plus
Knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and basic plumbing/electrical skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly

What We Offer:

$25–$35/hr DOE
