An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individual is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and lifestyle support while working under the direction of the House Manager. This role focuses on household, scheduling, and logistical tasks rather than direct involvement in the principal’s personal business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and proactive, with a strong ability to anticipate needs while maintaining professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate household-related appointments, schedules, social engagements, and travel logistics in collaboration with the House Manager.
- Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for family members and guests; ensure itineraries are well-organized.
- Work closely with the House Manager to oversee household service providers, deliveries, and maintenance scheduling.
- Support the planning of private events and gatherings, including coordinating invitations, RSVPs, and logistics.
- Assist in managing household-related communications, including liaising with vendors, staff, and external service providers.
- Handle non-sensitive personal requests such as sourcing gifts, making reservations, and occasional shopping.
- Support household budgeting by tracking invoices and purchases in coordination with financial personnel.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role within a UHNW household or luxury environment.
- Strong background in hospitality, executive support, or private estate management is highly preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a structured environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple products, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with high-profile individuals, household staff, and vendors with professionalism.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive household matters.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to adjust to changing priorities and occasional travel.
- Background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Health benefits, discretionary bonuses, and other perks (if applicable)
- Opportunity to work in a well-managed, structured household with clear role delineation
- This position is ideal for a professional and organized Personal Assistant who excels in household and logistical management, ensuring smooth operations without direct involvement in the principal’s personal affairs. The role works closely with the House Manager to provide seamless support while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
