We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador / BDR to hit the ground running—connecting with key decision-makers, generating leads, and making a real impact in the media and advertising space.

Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 annual salary + $100 commission for all potential/qualified leads
- Flexible Work Setup: Home office setup stipend ($500 after 90 days), no office requirement

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or brand ambassador roles (preferably in media, advertising, or tech)
- Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and fearless in starting conversations at events and conferences
- Location & Travel: Must be based in Las Vegas; travel required to LA, San Diego, and other key markets for events
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with large-scale advertising, out-of-home media, and six-to-seven-figure contract sales is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Event Engagement: Attend major conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, passing them to Account Executives for closing
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with key industry professionals
- Market Expansion: Represent the company at various industry gatherings to increase brand awareness and drive growth
