Director of Operations – Manufacturing

📍 Location: Lancaster, CA – RELOCATION REQUIRED

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence in manufacturing? We are seeking a Director of Operations to drive efficiency, optimize production, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety at our state-of-the-art facility in Lancaster, CA.

What You’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and develop plant managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production, safety, and financial outcomes.

Implement cost-saving strategies and boost operational efficiency.

Oversee quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.

Manage day-to-day plant operations, collaborating across departments to achieve key business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong expertise in ISO Standards, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.

Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems implementation and improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA a plus!).

Proven background in Quality Control, EHS, and compliance standards.

APICS certifications and supply chain software proficiency are highly preferred.

Ability to thrive in an industrial setting around machinery and equipment.
