Join Our Team as a Sous Chef
Are you passionate about culinary excellence and leadership? We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to play a key role in our kitchen operations, working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. If you’re ready to lead a team, deliver exceptional cuisine, and grow your career, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and profitable service.
- Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled kitchen team.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and food safety compliance.
- Handle employee schedules, performance reviews, and workplace relations.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper food handling practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role at a fine dining restaurant or upscale hotel.
- Steakhouse experience is a big plus!
- Certifications: State-issued Health Certificate and Serve Safe certification required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
