Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care in a supportive and patient-centered environment. You will work alongside a skilled team to deliver comprehensive dental services, focusing on preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures to ensure the optimal oral health of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform general dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and more.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care to improve long-term dental health.
- Diagnose and treat gum diseases and other oral health issues.
- Utilize the latest dental technologies and techniques to provide efficient and effective care.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through exceptional communication and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other support staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Licensed, (or ability to become licensed), to practice dentistry in the state of Minnesota.
· Proficient in all aspects of dentistry ( restorative, fixed/removable OS, Endo, ideally will be Invisalign certified
- Strong commitment to continuing education and staying current on industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a dedication to exceptional service.
