Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of GM experience in a full-service, fine-dining establishment
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $15+ million per year
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards
  • Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
  • Established longevity & career progression with NRO experience!
  • Ability to measure performance, subjectively and objectively 
  • Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
  • Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes 
  • Full financial accountability and inventory control
