What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to meet and exceed goals
  • Develop & Maintain Client Relationships – Actively prospect new business and strengthen existing accounts
  • Ensure Flawless Event Execution – Plan, book, and oversee events that create unforgettable experiences
  • Lead a High-Performing Team – Inspire and mentor a results-driven sales team in a dynamic environment

Who You Are

  • Sales-Driven – 1-2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales (management experience preferred)
  • Customer-Focused – Committed to delivering top-tier service and exceeding expectations
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective Communicator – Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Proficient in computer systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Leadership-Oriented – Ability to lead, delegate, and cultivate a positive, goal-driven team culture

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Experience: Hospitality sales experience preferred but not required
  • Licensure: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening (cannabis-friendly policy)
