We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Appellate Attorney to join our Miami team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to identify appellate issues and procedural strategies, prepare legal arguments and appellate briefs, and collaborate with trial attorneys to preserve issues for appeal while developing litigation and appellate strategies.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
- Active member of the Florida Bar
