Polished Restaurant General Manager
This chef driven, successful, and growing restaurant group is seeking a motivated and polished Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth. This role involves managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a strong community connection. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for high-quality, thoughtful service.

Polished Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and develop staff, ensuring top-tier service and operational consistency
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, scheduling, and compliance with safety and labor regulations
- Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving concerns
- Manage financial performance, including labor, food, and operational costs
- Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement to expand the restaurant’s presence
Polished Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast) and restaurant operational procedures
