📍 Location: Regional (Travel Required, up to 50%)

💰 Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

About the Role:

As an Area Director of Sales, you will oversee sales initiatives across 10-12 extended-stay hotels within your assigned region. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, build key partnerships, and provide mentorship to hotel leadership teams, ensuring maximum revenue growth and market expansion.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Develop Sales Strategies – Drive revenue growth and increase market share

Mentor & Train Teams – Provide hands-on coaching to Area and General Managers

Analyze Market Trends – Identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies

Close High-Value Deals – Assist in lead generation for SLT Leads, Lot Drives, and key clients

Execute Sales Blitzes – Support proactive market outreach for new and existing hotels

Build Key Relationships – Strengthen partnerships with corporate clients and business leaders

Monitor & Report Performance – Track sales success and present findings to senior leadership

Enhance Social Media Presence – Drive engagement to boost visibility and attract business

Foster a Winning Culture – Celebrate team successes and promote motivation

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, or related field)

🔹 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment

🔹 Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive measurable growth

🔹 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends

🔹 Exceptional organizational & time management skills

🔹 Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills – Relationship-building is key!

🔹 Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite

🔹 Willingness to travel (up to 50%), including occasional weekends
