Responsibilities and Qualifications for the Hotel Group Sales Manager:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in hotels or resorts, particularly with government and tribal nations
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in making sales calls to secure new business
- Collaborative work with multiple departments
- Commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work onsite with the sales team
