Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee restaurant operations: quality control, customer service, inventory, and financials.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff, cultivating a friendly team culture.
  • Maintain fresh, high-quality standards in all areas with an ownership mindset.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
