Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations: quality control, customer service, inventory, and financials.
- Hire, train, and develop staff, cultivating a friendly team culture.
- Maintain fresh, high-quality standards in all areas with an ownership mindset.
- Manage budgets and financial plans to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
