Executive Chef – Modern Fine-Dining Mediterranean Concept

We’re launching a modern, unique Mediterranean restaurant, and we’re looking for a visionary leader to craft an unforgettable culinary experience. What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a full-service, upscale restaurant
Deep knowledge of modern Israeli/Mediterranean cuisine (Kosher experience is a PLUS)
New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience is a BIG plus!
Strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
High-volume experience ($5M+ annual sales)
Proven track record of stability and success in past roles
