The seismic retrofitting market is a growing market- there are mandatory requirements that must be met in the US. Business is booming. This is a new and very needed role due to growth.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant industry experience.
Sales Experience: Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales experience (required).
Technical Expertise: 2+ years of seismic structural engineering experience.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in carpentry and masonry.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-driven approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with regional contractors and engineering firms, especially in seismic retrofitting.
Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to securing purchase commitments.
Technical Support: Provide application engineering guidance and assist customers in technical product design.
Client Engagement: Conduct onsite visits to build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
