Hospitality Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in charge of beach, sailing, and activities operations
- Regularly work in a guest-facing position while managing others
- Motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding guest service
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with other resort departments and third-party vendors
Hospitality Operations Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality
- Experience with watersports and recreation
- Experience managing a large team
- Ability to work flexible hours in challenging environments
- Experience working/living in the Caribbean or ability to work independently in a remote/challenging environment
Hospitality Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- $65-70k Base Salary
- Temporary housing assistance
- Relocation assistance
- Medical/PTO/Retirement
