We are a San Diego based multi-concept restaurant group that serves up food, drinks and fun. This location provides outstanding food and great service in a dining area and offers a unique bar venue that puts a spin on classic cocktails and serves lighter food options.
Restaurant Manager Job Duties:
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Increase new and repeat business
- Oversee operational effectiveness and quality
- Supervise shift personnel
- Ensure operational success
Restaurant Manager Minimum Requirements
- High volume experience in upscale full service with additional experience of high percentage alcohol
- Attention to detail with speed and accuracy
- Computer skills
- Follows directions well and must be comfortable learning new skills
- Calm, clear thinker, problem solver with good judgment and the ability to prioritize and organize
- Must have a hands-on, proactive management style, be a team player who is able to direct & coach staff
- Understands guest service needs
Restaurant Manager Compensation:
- Base salary in the $70-75k range plus a bonus from $5,000, paid quarterly
