Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Team Work – bring employees together and motivate them to provide an excellent customer experience every time
- Ensure policies and procedures are upheld at all times
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- Responsible for cash control in compliance with company policy
- Ensure that all food is consistently prepared and served according to presentation standards and recipes
- Be proactive in reaching our company goals in sales, service, and appearance, while creating a positive, fun, and productive work environment
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 1 year of full P&L and Team Management experience—overseeing at least 20 people
- Ability to be a leader, knowing how to build strong professional relationships with your staff
- Previous experience in training roles is a huge plus!
- Clean background
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:
- Salary range of $45,000-$47,500 annually. This is an hourly position: 18.00 per hour plus overtime and tip share
