Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Team Work – bring employees together and motivate them to provide an excellent customer experience every time
Ensure policies and procedures are upheld at all times
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
Responsible for cash control in compliance with company policy
Ensure that all food is consistently prepared and served according to presentation standards and recipes
Be proactive in reaching our company goals in sales, service, and appearance, while creating a positive, fun, and productive work environment

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

1 year of full P&L and Team Management experience—overseeing at least 20 people
Ability to be a leader, knowing how to build strong professional relationships with your staff
Previous experience in training roles is a huge plus!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Salary range of $45,000-$47,500 annually. This is an hourly position: 18.00 per hour plus overtime and tip share
