Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Lead and Inspire – Motivate your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.
- Operational Excellence – Ensure food quality, service standards, and presentation are always top-notch.
- Drive Results – Help us exceed company goals in sales, service, and team development.
- Create a Positive Environment – Foster a fun, supportive, and productive workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of full P&L and team management experience, leading teams of 20+ people.
- Proven ability to manage both FOH and BOH operations with equal confidence.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-first mindset.
