We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional in Beverly Hills, CA who would be responsible for processing expense reports, managing accounting functions, preparing journal entries, and supporting finance-related activities.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
-Invoice processing, reviewing and verifying and entering invoices into the accounting system
–Payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices to suppliers and vendors
–Reconciliation of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
–Vendor communication, handling communication with vendors regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and payment status
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
-Experience with processing Expense Reports and related tasks
–Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries (Accounting)
–Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
–Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
