Fresh Foods Manager Requirements
- 5 years in an AGM or Fresh Manager role – previous Food Market experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to guide and inspire teams towards operational excellence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees, customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong financial skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, create budgets, and manage costs
Fresh Foods Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage every facet of grocery store operations in the fresh departments, encompassing sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Create and implement plans to boost sales growth, expand market share, and meet financial objectives.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team by handling hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, while promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Track and evaluate KPIs to find opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
