An iconic, world-class resort in Aspen, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead its team and uphold the highest of standards of luxury hospitality. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record in five-star service, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct all resort operations and department heads
- Be a strong leader that inspires the team
- Prepare for seasonal staff for business and maximum profitability
- Ensure a positive work environment for the staff and continently drive company culture
- Create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the guests
General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of luxury experience
- Experience controlling all elements of financials
- Effective communicator
- Very strong Food and Beverage background
- Proven track record of attracting and retaining staff
