We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our growth in the energy and maritime sectors. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas and maritime sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution and post-sale relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies, market plans, and sales targets to expand the company’s presence and revenue in the oil, gas, and maritime industries

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a sales or business development role with demonstrable success.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within relevant industries.
  • Background in solution selling or experience in training, competence, and HR solutions is a plus.
  • Strong ability to plan, conduct, and lead client meetings with effective closing techniques.
  • Ability to identify client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
