Are you an innovative engineer with a passion for embedded systems, hardware design, and firmware development? Join our team, a leader in high-performance Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems. We are looking for an Electrical / Embedded Hardware / Firmware Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, high-quality environment.
As an Embedded Hardware/Firmware Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing world-class PNT systems. You’ll work closely with systems engineers, RF engineers, and hardware designers to develop high-performance solutions while ensuring system reliability and accuracy.
Requires Relocation to Erie, PA and comes with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Per ITAR Compliance must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Develop and optimize firmware for embedded PNT systems using C programming.
- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot analog and digital hardware.
- Work with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and timing devices to enhance system performance.
- Conduct engineering analysis to refine firmware algorithms and system reliability.
- Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.) for system validation.
- Collaborate with systems, RF, and hardware engineers to develop next-gen designs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to interpret component datasheets.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
