Café CDC Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional food quality and service at all times.
- Oversee food ordering, cost control, and labor management.
- Lead a positive, high-energy kitchen team, fostering growth and accountability.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards while upholding the café’s reputation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Café CDC Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role required.
- High-volume experience is a plus.
- Culinary degree is a bonus, but not required.
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
